Skippy and/or Sprinter no longer works.

You get the message when opening Skippy and/or Sprinter: “you must have a valid license”. You can try to solve this problem by logging out in SprintPlus. Tip: first have your valid login data at hand so you can easily log in again! To do this, go to Help License the logout button at the bottom of the pop-up window. SprintPlus will ask again a confirmation if you definitely want to unsubscribe. Once logged out check again that everything from SprintPlus is closed correctly (SprintPlus, Skippy, Sprinter and Word). Then open SprintPlus and log in again. Are you continuing to have problems?
