The OCR scanner in SprintPlus is normally installed along with the installation of SprintPlus. If it has been installed a while ago, it might not be up to date anymore. You do not have to reinstall SprintPlus completely. You can also update the OCR scanner separately via this link.

Since the release of the new version of Windows 11, 24H2, OCR in SprintPlus 3 no longer works properly.

You can, however, use the OCR function in SprintPlus.online or SprintPlus 4. You can also use I Love PDF.
