You can uninstall SprintPlus like other programs through Windows settings > Apps > Installed apps > search for Sprint and uninstall SprintPlus 3 and FineReader 12 for Sprint. If you also use the Sprint Word Addin you can disable it in Word itself.
After uninstalling SprintPlus open Word. Go to File > Options > Add-ins > Manage. In it, select COM Add-ins and click start.

Uncheck the Sprint Word Addin and click OK.
