Initially, you should ensure that SprintPlus is fully up-to-date.
To do this, read the item Updates Sprint. If the toolbar still does not appear after the update, go through the following steps:

Word 2010, 2013 and 2016

1. Open Word 2010/2013/2016.
2. Click the File menu and select Options. The Options window appears on the screen.
3. Select Add-Ins from the list on the left.
4. Select Disabled items in the drop-down window next to Manage and click Start. The Disabled Items window appears on the screen.
5. Select Sprint Word Addin and then click Enable.
6. Select COM Addins in the drop-down window next to Manage and click Start. The COM Addins window appears on the screen.
7. Make sure Sprint Word Addin is ticked and click OK.
8. Restart Word. The Sprint toolbar should now be visible again. If not, you will need to register the toolbar.

Old versions of Word are no longer supported.
