Older versions of Microsoft Word are no longer supported.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Go through Settings &gt; System to see if you are using a 32 or 64 bit system.<\/li>\n<li>Run the command prompt as Administrator. You do this as follows:\n<ul>\n<li>Click on the magnifying glass to the right of the Start icon and type &#8220;cmd,&#8221; right click on the icon that appears and choose &#8220;Run as administrator. A black window will appear.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>In the black window, type the following command (no copy\/paste):\n<ul>\n<li>SprintPlus 3<br \/>\n&#8211; On 32-bit systems: regsvr32 \u201cC:\\Program Files (x86)\\SprintPlus 3\\SprintWordAddin.dll\u201d<br \/>\n&#8211; On 64-bit systems: regsvr32 \u201cC:\\Program Files\\Sprint Office Addin\\SprintWordAddin.dll&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Press Enter to confirm.
